We do our best to pack and ship your order with the same care you'd pack for a day out in the wild: thoughtfully, reliably, and with an eye for the little details. 

Order Processing:
Every order is handmade, hand-packed and shipped within 2-4 business days. As personalised gifts are made to order we like to allow this time to ensure they are perfect. During busy seasons (like occasions or special launches), we might need an extra day or so - but we'll always keep you in the loop.

Shipping Options
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and what's in your order. Spend £25 or more and the shipping is on us. 

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at the moment - but we're working on it!

Sustainable Shipping
Our packaging is designed to tread lightly - recyclable, minimal and as earth friendly as possible. We believe in leaving the world better than we found it.

In Case of Delays
Like a surprise rainstorm on the trail, shipping delays can happen. Weather, high volume, or carrier hiccups are out of our hands - but if something feels off please reach out and we'll make it right.
